In order to control the quality of the wine,
only grapes grown on the three vineyards are
used in making the wine. The vines range in age

of vineyard grow Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon,

Carmenere. Depending on the location, the
vineyard has a well and uses drip irrigation or

planning approval with friendly financing from
the Mendoza government.
WINE HISTORY
In wine competitions the company wines
have performed very well. In the United States,
the wines have been highlighted at the Houston
Rodeo Wine Competition and the New Orleans
International Wines Competition, winning gold
and silver belt buckles and gold and best in
class awards respectively. Winning European
competitions find the wines receiving accolades
from Harpers Wine Stars in London, and bronze
medals in Bordeaux. In Hong Kong competitions,
the wines received silver and bronze medals.
Depending on how much or how little time an
owner wants to spend on this project, the
owner can set the pace. There are many phases
of wine making to choose from including working
with the agronomists cultivating the vines,
attending harvest festivities, collaborating with
the winemakers in choosing the wine blends,
representing the company at international wine
events such as Vinexpo and ProWein, or working
